In his four decades in real estate, Paul has gained experience in most areas of expertise in the industry.  He started his career at CBRE, the largest real estate company in the world. There, he specialized in establishing personal relationships with both individual owners and institutional asset managers. He transitioned to brokerage and worked on the leasing and sale of office and industrial buildings in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

Paul joined Century Park Partners in 1999, where he extended his experience in management, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, tenant relations, construction oversight, and financial analysis. Not a believer in an “arm’s length” approach with his investors, Paul made it his purpose to ensure his clients’ goals were attained.  He was instrumental in the firm’s success.

Nicole C. Dazé
Co-founder, Managing Member

Nicole has spent more than thirty years managing properties for high net-worth individuals, working in the insurance industry, and raising a beautiful family of four children. Her professional experience in insurance claims for the Operating Engineers’ Trust Fund, as well as property management, are a perfect complement to PND’s ability to manage, organize, and communicate to its clients in a clean, unfiltered manner.

Dealing with administrative matters, handling contractors and maintenance vendors, managing tenant requests and problems, and staying ahead of issues before they become a problem are just a few of the strengths that Nicole brings to PND.  Her common sense approach and level-headed demeanor are the standard of the professionalism that is the benchmark of PND’s business model.

Kashmira Patel, KMP Accounting
Controller

Kashmira has over thirty-five years of accounting and controller experience for some of the largest international and regional commercial real estate firms.  Her foundational experience in property management accounting dates back to her time with CBRE in various Southern California offices.  She quickly rose through the ranks as a portfolio accountant to a district accounting manager.  After nearly ten years at CBRE, she spent over seven years at Cushman & Wakefield as a financial manager, overseeing the accounting staff of two field offices and heading up their auditing and training for all financial professionals in the Los Angeles region.

As controller for the past seven years for Century Park Partners, as well as for IDS Real Estate Group, Kashmira has supervised and been responsible for client interface, auditing and tax preparation, training and in-house accounting, and overseeing portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars.  Her unparalleled reputation and work ethic has endeared her to clients and co-workers throughout her career.
